How I met this Swiss Army knife - DEVTOYS
Since I found DevToys, I have worked with Redgate SQL Formater as my day-to-day SQL formations for the last few months.
Already I mentioned this in another blog post here. But I saw a considerable drawback: it cannot capitalize on some SQL keywords (Select, Join, On, Where, etc.). So I decided to find a better solution to overcome my requirements.
Then I found this swiss army knife called the DevToys windows app.
What is DevToys
DevToys is an offline Windows app that helps developers with daily tasks like Converters, Encoders / Decoders, Formatters, Generators, etc.
@Etienne BAUDOUX 💓initiates this. DevToy is a perfect application for developers who are working on backend developments.
As a developer, I do not need to use many untruthful websites to do simple tasks with my data. Also, a close overlay lets you keep the app small and on top of other windows. Also, I can use multiple instances of the app at once.
